Terms of Service

You need an account to use CouplesCierge. Keep your password to yourself, give accurate details, and be at least 16 years old. Your couple account is shared: anyone who joins it with your invite code can see and edit the content saved there.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access — nothing is held back during the trial. After that, Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Ideas, prices, travel costs and availability shown in the app are indicative and can change. Always check the provider's own site before booking. Some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not a travel agent and do not take bookings ourselves.

Some suggestions and insights are generated by AI and may be wrong or unsuitable. Use your own judgement. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial or relationship-counselling advice.

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping, and no using it to harass anyone — including your partner.

You can stop using CouplesCierge at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.

The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
