Who we are

CouplesCierge is a planning app for couples. This policy explains what we store when you create an account, and what we do with it.

What we store

Your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider.
The content you save to your couple account: names and preferences, savings pots and deposits, shared tasks, plans, moods, memories and notification settings.
Basic product analytics events (for example, sign-up and feature use) tied to your account.
Push or email reminder details, only if you turn reminders on.

Why we store it

To run your shared account: to show the same data to both partners on any device, to send the reminders you asked for, and to improve the app. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your data is scoped to your couple account. Your partner sees the shared account content once they join with your invite code. Our service providers — hosting, database, email and push delivery, and the AI provider that generates suggestions — process data only to deliver those features. AI suggestion prompts do not include your email address or password.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to keep the app usable offline. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can sign out at any time from Settings. To have your account and its data deleted, email us and we will remove it, normally within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will help.
